problem with VxWorks Resident

I develop an project with a mpc823 and VxWorks. I use several build options:
- VxWorks;
- VxWorks_rom;
- VxWorks_romCompress;
-VxWorks_romResident;
With VxWorks, VxWorks_rom and VxWorks_romCompress I am not problems.
But with VxWorks_romResident there is a problem. The software stop in the function usrCacheEnable(). In the function usrCacheEnable() , the software stop after cacheEnable (DATA_CACHE).
Can you help me please?
